McSorley's Old Ale House was established in 1854. It is and old-time bar with Irish bartenders, 2 kinds of ale (light or dark) & sawdust on the floor.

McSorley's is the oldest still-running saloon in NYC, and was one of the last “Men Only” pubs in NY (until 1970).
